Job Description

Digital 38 is recruiting for a SEO Specialist in our Malaysia office. This person will be responsible for analyzing, recommending and implementing SEO & content strategies across our sites and platforms. Ideally, you should be proficient in the latest SEO practices (on-page, off-page, technical) and will be involved in the entire process from planning to writing SEO copy and making technical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement SEO strategies to improve our organic traffic and search ranking
• Perform technical audit and support strategic implementations
• Able to monitor site errors and all technical SEO issues
• Identify key SEO KPIs and monitor the traffic rate (direct, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPI)
• Apply SEO best practices for site navigation, breadcrumbing, internal links (including anchor text optimization)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or web content management
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO Analytic Tools like SEMRush and Google Keyword Planner
  
• Has a solid knowledge of search engine spider, crawl and indexing process, while understanding the importance of XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, status code errors fix
