Job Description
Experienced in leading and managing client relationships to ensure the highest-level performance and growth for client’s digital campaigns. The Digital Account Manager/Director should be a trusted advisor and partner to the clients, and confident enough to lead discussions regarding broad areas of digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be commercially inclined, organised, collaborative, and persuasive approach to facilitate client and internal team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall client relationship providing strategic input while guiding internal teams towards the achievement of client objectives
- Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies and to facilitate the development of project briefs
- Drive the direction and delivery of global/regional work in local markets: overseeing strategic, cultural, creative fit for the local/regional adaptation of the work
- Oversee all web content production, understand platform risks and limitations
- Plan, maintain and execute client's overall digital marketing
- Work closely and manage content creators, media manager and development team to ensure on time deliveries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant digital marketing/agency/media owners/client services capacity
- Experienced in managing a team of 8-10 members
- Experienced in holistic digital campaigns that cuts across paid, owned, earned digital touchpoints
- Strong creative problem solving, both on a practical level in handling account operations
- Excellent client management, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Vocal and confident disposition
