IH Digital is looking for Client Servicing Trainees able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. He/she will be a digital marketing and social media specialist who is highly motivated to deliver the best for our clients.

As a Client Servicing Trainee, you will be responsible for:

1.  Account Management

• Managing and maintaining client relationships
• Supporting the pitching process

2.  Digital Strategy

• Conducting audits, research, and develop digital and social strategies
• Content creation and digital/social platforms recommendations
• Influencer marketing, SEO and media planning
• Setting goals and budgeting with clients

3.  Campaign Management

• Manage timeline and resources in delivering quality services and performance for client’s digital marketing and social media campaigns

Competencies to learn

• Active participation in strategic planning process,  including developing digital and social strategies
• How to engage with clients professionally
• Learn to create content and media planning
• Gain experience in managing social media campaigns

Qualifications

• Degree
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

This position is for both recent graduates and midcareer individuals:

SGUnited Traineeships Programme:

(a) Graduated from the Autonomous Universities in CY19/20; or

(b) Completed national service in CY19/20 and graduated from University

SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Programme – Enterprise Attachment:

(a) Individuals who are not eligible for SGUnited Traineeships Programme; and

(b) Is not a current employee of the company or already earlier offered an employment contract by the company (or had the employment offer withdrawn)

Training Allowance & Duration

• Training allowance for recent graduates: $2,500 (No CPF)
• Training allowance for midcareer individuals: $3,000 (No CPF)
• Duration for both Traineeships or Mid-career Pathways programmes: 9 months
