Job Description 

As a Digital Media Account Executive at Digital38, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of B2C and B2B digital marketing campaigns across the South East Asia (ASEAN) region. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns across various digital channels in the Asia Pacific region. Your role will also involve fostering and managing relationships with our internal team, clients, and media partners. 
 

 Key Responsibilities 

**Campaign Strategy and Planning:** 

    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and requirements. 
    • Develop comprehensive digital media strategies tailored to meet clients' goals and budgets. 
    • Create media plans that incorporate a mix of channels, including but not limited to, PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising, mobile marketing, and content marketing. 
    • Utilize market research and industry insights to inform campaign strategies. 
**Media Buying and Execution:** 
    • Manage the allocation of budgets across various digital channels to maximize campaign performance. 
    • Oversee the Bidding and purchase of digital media placements. 
    • Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make data-driven adjustments as needed. 
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. 
**Client Relationship Management:** 

**Media Partner
Collaboration:**
 
    • Identify and establish relationships with media partners, publishers, and platforms. 
    • Negotiate favorable terms and rates with media partners to maximize ROI. 
    • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital media landscape. 
**Reporting and Analysis:** 
    • Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports to clients. 
    • Analyze data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing and future campaigns. 
    • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. 

 

Job Requirements 

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices is a plus. 
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platform is a plus. 
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
    • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities. 
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
