Asia Property 365 (AP365) is an Integrated Property Rental Platform which connects Foreign Property Owners with Local Agents to get Tenants for their property.

Owners who invest in foreign property in the SEA region find it difficult to rent out their property due to difficulties in finding agents who can handle transactions transparently because of language barrier and lack of market knowledge, in addition even after getting agents the investors would find it troublesome dealing with agents and tenants via potentially multiple communication channels (emails, fax, whatsapp etc) for signing Tenancy Agreements (TA), issuing invoices, payment reminders. AP365 helps

• Agents to connect with Owners and Potential Tenants to earn more commission.
• Owners to connect with Local Agents & Tenants to ease a rental transaction.
• Tenants to have best experience in their native language and track everything online.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Knowledgeable with Property Market in Thailand
• Responsible for researching organizations and individuals online (especial on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Informing clients about new developments in the company’s products
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's feedback; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Propose and execute marketing activities to market and improve on the Property website platform.
• Any other ad-hoc duties/tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related discipline
• Proficient in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese tenants
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/Property field
• Excellent time management, ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• เจ้าของจะเชื่อมต่อกับตัวแทนและผู้เช่าท้องถิ่นเพื่อความสะดวกในการทำธุรกรรมการเช่า
• ผู้เช่าจะได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดในภาษาของพวกเขาและติดตามทุกอย่างออนไลน์

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก :

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในประเทศไทย
• รับผิดชอบในการวิจัยองค์กรและบุคคลออนไลน์ (เฉพาะในโซเชียลมีเดีย) เพื่อระบุโอกาสในการขายและตลาดใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ
• ติดต่อลูกค้าผ่านทางอีเมลล์หรือโทรศัพท์เพื่อสร้างความเป็นมิตรและนัดหมายประชุม
• แจ้งลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาใหม่ของผลิตภัณฑ์บริษัท
• แกไขปัญหาผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการโดยชี้แจงกับความคิดเห็นของลูกค้า; หาสาเหตุของปัญหา ลือกและอธิบายทางออกที่ดีที่สุดในการแก้ปัญหา เร่งแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุง; ติดตามเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการแก้ปัญหา
• เสนอและดำเนินกิจกรรมทางการตลาดเพื่อทำการตลาดและปรับปรุงบนแพลตฟอร์มเว็บไซต์อสังหาริมทรัพย์
• หน้าที่ / ภารกิจและความรับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ :

• จบปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการพัฒนาธุรกิจ/อสังหาริมทรัพย์
• มีการจัดการเวลาที่ยอดเยี่ยม มีความสามารถในการรับมือกับความกดดันและตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
