Asia Property 365 (AP365) is an integrated property rental platform which helps overseas property owners to connect with agents and tenants, to manage properties from a single dashboard, and to track rentals and property related stuff.

AP365 is looking for an aggressive and a results-driven team player to join our account management team in Thailand.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for researching organizations and individuals online (especial on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  
• Responsible for researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  
• Informing clients about new developments in the company’s products
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's feedback; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Any other ad-hoc duties/tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned
  

 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Adverting, Marketing or any related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales Management
• Proficient in English and Thai to liaise with native speaking associates
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese tenants
• Excellent time management, ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
