IH Digital is looking for an aggressive and a results-driven team player to join our account management team.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Develops a new business and grow existing revenue
• Be the primary liaison between client and agency and leads the strategy discussion with clients for their social media and digital activities
• Works within a team that consists of a community manager, content creators, and digital specialist to manage branded communities on social media and digital platforms
• Measures and manages a set of KPIs that are structured to meet the client's needs based on an agreed strategy
• Builds and maintains strong customer relationship and agreements to maximize profit.

Competencies: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage multiple projects and drive recurring revenue
• Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns
• Have an acute sense of judgment and diplomacy 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Adverting, Marketing or any related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of related working experience
• Experience in Social Media or Advertising will be an advantage
